 Terms and conditions:

  • In order to guarantee customers our quality standards and their satisfaction, all our tours are dedicated to individual customers, families and groups of up to 25 people;

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation is free and does not include any penalty for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the booking date.
  • For cancellations made 5 days before the booking date, the refund will be 50%.
  • For cancellations made 3 days before the booking date, the refund will be 20%.
  • There is no refund for cancellations made 48/24 hours before the booking date or in the case of no shows.
